Dilute method

RH-NB-8159：170KG

Emulsifier: 30KG (recommend XL, AEO series)

Glacial acetic acid: 4Kg 

Water: 400Kg

Emulsified to 28% silicone emulsion, transparent appearance

Dilute process:

1.Add RH-NB-8159 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring;

2.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

3.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

4.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, stir evenly, add 4kg glacial acetic acid to stir for 5 minutes;

5.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 -10minutes, stir evenly;

6.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, stir evenly;

7.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, stir evenly;

8.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, stir evenly;

9.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 -10minutes, stir evenly;

10.Add 50Kg water to stir for 2-3 minutes, stir evenly;

11.Add rest water, adjust PH value to 6, filter and packing.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, dispersion plate between 25 cm and 35 cm in diameter, maximum speed is 1500 RPM
