The machine contains heating pipe to make the air circulating inside of the machine, no matter it belongs to standard or vertical, we can just call them as hot air circulation drying machine.

Working principle:
The machine adopt an air supply mode as a standard fan circulation. The wind source of the machine is supplied by a circulating dynamo (noncontact switch) which will drive the fan wheel for hot air exhausting through the heater to the inner machine, and to inhale the used air to the wind pathway and making second circulating to insure the room temperature uniformity. The blowing-in system will recover working rapidly to keep the certain temperature.

Application:
The hot air oven apply to the chemical gas products which need to be drying solidified, such as the ink solidify, painting film, medicine, chemical products, food, agricultural products, aquatic products, the raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine, extract, powder, pellet, evaporated vegetables.

Attention:

  3. The electric wires cannot be twined on the metal products, cannot be placed at low temperature to avoid the leakage due to rubber aging.
  4. The product cannot be crowded when placed in the oven, please insure a space to let the wet air effused with lower speed.
  5. Please check the touching spot is uneven, to grind the contactor to be flat before starting for good contacting. (Need stopping power). The metal pipe of inside temperature conditioner cannot be impact for the dexterity.
  6. The oven has no anti-explosion device so please do not put in any inflammable products.
  7. Please stop the power and keep the oven clean after working.
